Private Jets: General Operating and Flight Rules

The Federal Aviation Administration, under the Ministry of Transport said in PART 91-General operating and flight rules. This article discusses various aspects of aircraft maintenance and maintenance. They are classified into sub-sections, numbered 91.1 to 91.905 numbering in all about 60. They cover topics such as responsibility and authority of the captain or if more than one pilot is required what are the conditions right airworthiness of civil aircraft carrying drugs, marihuana, and dpresseurs or stimulant drugs or substances. This is the complete list of checks and maintenance procedures specified therein it covers all aspects of aircraft maintenance, safety procedures should be followed and requirements pilots, crew and other skilled personnel.

Section 91.103 deals with the action of preflight;
Sections 91.117 to 91.121 to meet the aircraft speed, minimum safe altitudes and General
Pressure settings;
Sections 91.123 to 91.125 to address the problems of compliance with ATC (Airport Traffic Control) clearances, instructions and ATC light signals;
Section 91.207 to 91.215 deal with emergency locator transmitters, aircraft lights, supplemental oxygen, instruments and equipment failure, and elevation of the ATC transponder transmission equipment and use, correspondence between the data automatically reported pressure altitude data and reference altitude the pilot;
Sections 91.305 91.221to discusses traffic surveillance and collision avoidance system equipment and use of relief and warning system, aerobatic flight and flight test areas.
Sections 91.415 to 91.421 of the face of changes to aircraft inspection, maintenance records, transfer of maintenance records and Rebuilt engine maintenance records;
Section 91.535 deals with storage of food, beverages and passenger service equipment during aircraft movement on the surface, takeoff and landing;
Section 91.19 to 91.21 electronics deals phones allowed on board;
Section 91.107 Use of harnesses, safety belts and restraint systems for children.
Section 91.139 deals with the emergency rules of air traffic;
Section 91.111 addresses operating near other aircraft;
Section 91.113-91.115 deals with the rules of right of way operations except water.
Articles 91126-9131 trafficking operating in or near an airport in Class G, Class E, Class B, Class C and Class D airspace.
Section 91.138 deals with temporary flight restrictions in national disaster
Section 91.153 to 91.173 VFR flight plan: Information required, basic VFR weather minimums, weather minima special VFR, VFR cruising altitude or flight level, the fuel requirements for flight in IFR conditions, plan IFR: The information necessary to check the equipment for IFR VOR, ATC clearance and flight plan required.
