We found 20 cases of acute aortic dissection aneurysms (0.78%). The most common place of death is at home (45%) and work (20%). Men were twice (70% men and 30% women). The average age of men (55.71) was significantly lower in women (68.67). The age group most affected (50-79) for 75% of all cases. The main etiological factor was hypertension and atherosclerosis (70%), hypertension in 20% only. We observed intimal lesions and 1 sm 2 sm above the aortic valve. The wall of the left ventricle with hypertension and atherosclerosis showed 21.86 mm. In 85% cases we found cardiac tamponade.
Objective: We studied some aspects forensic-medical and medico-biological aspects of aortic aneurysms
Materials and methods: We reviewed 2574 forensic autopsies from 1998 to 2004 years. There was studied the following data on sex, age, reasons for the development of aneurysms, location of lesions of the intima, the complications and chronobiological features. The level of alcohol have been prepared by the method of Widmark.

Conclusions
1.We revealed aortic dissection aneurysms of 0.78%
2.The death are often produced at home and at work
3.We established affected age group between 50-79 years (from various died in hospital)
4.The most affected area is a transverse laceration of the aortic valve Intimae above
5.The most frequently recorded complication CORDIS tamponade
6.There chronobiological features were in the sudden death of aneurysms of the aorta.
