Most prospects had questions about this information foreclosure. Super! I wanted to give them more information.
Nearly 80% of callers were ready to set an appointment for the report in more detail, and answers to their questions at that time. Yes, I gave them a little more information about investing in foreclosures, but just enough for the hook. Otherwise, why would they go to? They were very focused, exclusive leads, and I earned their trust.

What I learned from this project is that if someone requests a fax, they are much easier to reach by phone. And they do not feel threatened by a fax. The door opens just that much easier, and they are hungry for information. These are targeted visitors.
