Ethics - or code of ethics (COE), Apex

Dear Reader - This article was developed to explain in any simple requests, basic words and with a universal understanding of why WCC does not fit all, why there are various WCC, and the important question of why approaches are taken in different administration. And why we supported APEX since its inception in 1999.

Approaches: Please see the second part on the Gnostic and the administration of the Knights. Both require a basic reading and there is no substitute for the collection of accurate and factual. As we read the various media to explore the historical, seeking the meaning of certain words, we begin to form the basis of our own beliefs rather than follow blindly or oath meaningless.

Whatever the approach, a person revisits a WCC on a daily basis to instill a personal sense and understanding tempers the application of honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness and compassion. This is not a one-hour journey. It is a continuous journey throughout our life on this earth.

It does not fit all: doctors, lawyers, web developers, forums, and all others have a very different set of objectives and, therefore, are very different WCC, but again and again ... contain all honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness and compassion. For me at least the highest of the EOC, we mere mortals on earth is that of a mother, who also holds the hot arm around everyone with what is called "moral courage".

Conclusion: Ethics is an application that includes a sound logic, based on more sports and inspection should be a matter taken seriously today as yesteryear. The survival of humanity depends on our order, not chaos, love not hatred, ridicule and compassion is not a quest to be more powerful than a locomotive, run faster than the speed of a ball and be able to jump tall buildings in a single bound.

Ethical background

Ethics is best understood by taking the time to teach the individual, understanding and application.

Professional associations are among those who adopt a "code of ethics" for their members. Each administers compliance with the code based on specific needs and requirements of the organization. But everyone understands the basics of honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness and compassion. Many also include the provision of "moral courage" who has an ancient origin.

The ancient origin of ethics has not been altered in any meaningful form since its inception and continues today, because philosophy is a study, not just words where one does not seek understanding, truth and knowledge.

The origins of ethics

Influenced by Taoism, Zhou Duni (1017-1073) commented on the Yi Jing (Book of Changes) and explains the cosmic scheme of the ultimate high in a new way based on the Confucian philosophy that emphasizes ethics. Superior people cultivate moral qualities and enjoy the good fortune, while the lower the rape and suffering. According to the center of Harmony (Zhong Yong), Dunya Zhou believes the foundation of a wise man comes Cheng, which means that sincerity, honesty, integrity and authenticity. From this integrity is derived from the five traditional Confucian virtues of humanity, justice, propriety, wisdom and loyalty. Humanity is love, justice is what is right; conveniences puts things in order, is penetrating wisdom, and fidelity is respectful of its commitments. Dunya Zhou explained that human nature is the strength and weakness, good and evil, and the mean (center).

Confucius also concluded that music was the center of this ordered universe that harmony is essential for the preservation and expansion. Reading has become central to the application, but was a divine responsibility, for having read it now has the option of expanding knowledge by administering to the needs and the needs of those who could not read. Understanding and Ness has become essential to achieving the end.

Ethics Administration

An avenue of administration that involves self, or a Gnostic belief "in which the individual seeks to rise to the level of angels so that everyone can" come this mystical level of the individual who makes live "contact the Divine. This administration has three "attributes: incorruptibility, aspiration and surrender. "

Without reciting all of the code of chivalry, which is a second administration of a code of ethics, we will mention a few. To call yourself a knight and given all rights and privileges of an oath has been sworn to respect and include the following:

Also due champion against evil and good against evil.

Be polite and attentive.

Always keep your word

To show courage in the face of the enemy

Do not be cruel in battle, and the mercy and compassion to the enemy.

Knights as a group administered their code of ethics. Those who are in violation when immediately stripped of knighthood. There was no court or called for a membership vote. Three knights rule given the authority.

historical reference to the administration Knights Augustinus philosopher has escaped "three knights rule and authority", but includes the concept of "redemption" which allowed reinstatement. However, after three "falls from grace" was given to a permanent ban to be a knight. Hence the origin of the "three strikes and you're out."

Core moral values of honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness and compassion and ended up being a sort of litmus test for ethical behavior. Added to this list is a word "courage", which is now commonly accepted, but not in formal presentations, but abundant in classroom discussions and formal meetings of those involved specifically in the field of ethics.

Courage comes in many forms: moral courage from physical, moral, which is not physical challenges that affect the body, but facing mental challenges that could harm the reputation, well- emotional, self-esteem or other. The first step to regain the high moral authority is to recognize the moral courage which is like a rope that attaches a pearl necklace and includes all honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness and compassion. A second step is to recognize this "moral courage" is not: that is exactly the opposite or in other words the easy wrong, rather than the hard right. The third step would be to engage in acts of moral courage, because every experience we can deliver to the other without much fear. The danger lies in refusing to face the fear, not daring to cope with it.

Conclusion

The codes of conduct, morality pledges and other ethical charters have been with us since time began, but there are people who take life by the codes in knowing that others can not. That my good friends is the genesis of the APEX code of conduct that applies to our growing community. Less we lose ourselves and our morality, please do not use the excuse that "others do not" to do everything ourselves other than to lift every person who honestly and compassionately tries " live code. "And that can be up to par, will witness the moral courage" to bring a friend each return to communion.
