The super talented Rock artist Alison Krauss has released its latest album on Rounder Records recording, entitled New Favorite. It's a beautiful day I rarely get a CD from an artist that I can honestly say does not have a bad track in the bunch. I am more than happy to announce that's exactly what I have to say about it. It is simply not bad in the bunch. No charges at all here, with each song taking place in itself.
These days, it is a very rare CD on which every song is good or better than the previous. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.
If you are a fan of Alison Krauss is a CD your collection flat can not be without. In fact, it's one of those CDs that you do not even need to be a fan of Krauss, or even Rock to know is good. It's just good music. Period.
Although the album is really very good some of my favorites are track 1 - Let Me Touch You for a time, track 4 - Choctaw Hayride, and track 9 - sunny South
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore ... as in "Stuck On Repeat" is track 11 - It All Comes Down To You. What a beautiful track!
