Does the Better Business Bureau (BBB) A one-way story?

 
When you consider how the Better Business Bureau (BBB) ranks of companies, it is easy to believe that their system tells a story one way. After all, the complaints come in the BBB, but there is never any positive feedback. A company might, for example, 150,000 orders during one year and 30 complaints during the same year with the BBB. It is a ratio of 0.0002, which is great! But according to the BBB, which is bad and the company will get a grade of C +, which will certainly discourage customers from outside the company when it should not.

Therefore, it was said that the BBB tells a story only one way. He is tired and in need of improvement and change to be an accurate system. Here are some suggestions:

So next time you are looking for a company, do not use the BBB. Try reading the negative and positive comments. Weigh the differences. Search the number of sales the company made during the year. Included in the report. If it is something like 0.0002 as in the example above, you have a great company!
