An alternative to QR Codes and 2D barcodes

Someone has dared to recall that the emperor has no cloths! But before exploring these blasphemies, here's a crash course on the barcodes. Barcodes in origin industries of automobile manufacturing to help track inventory and products. The first example of bar coding has been the traditional style of vertical line that you see on your grocery items. It was not until the late 20th century model of bar code in two dimensions (2D) appeared. This new version of cube form a bar code was pretty cool because it could be represented by a code much more data. In fact, someone realized that you could even code it represent a complete URL. This was the turning point for a movement that became known as hyperlinking the physical world. This movement has been what has the 2D barcode on the outside of the traditional business boundaries and associated with cell phones and physical connection.

Hyperlinking physical world, hardlinking, is the act of drawing information from a physical object. The role of 2D barcodes in all this is as an initiator of Internet link. If you happened to have a camera phone with a unique proprietary software loaded on this subject, you could get your camera phone to work as a scanner. This allowed to photograph (scan) of 2D barcode and your phone browser will be launched and automatically redirected to the website that was encoded in. When the concept and technology has surfaced nearly five years, it was cool pure that is propelling it never mind that only Nokia phones can use it. The airship was lunch, the bands were sent into the streets and fireworks were set off, but wait. Someone, somewhere, in all the fan fair, something observed (the emperor is not a problem rags). It's something: If I want to create my own physical link, I need to print my bar code and adhere to the single object. Assuming I would even go to that trouble, why did I not even need the bar code? To which the crowd responded, locked as we celebrate.

This observation should have been the equivalent of someone dragging their fingernails on a blackboard. Another look at what this person was out. If, for example, you want to create a physical link for your cat, you can paste the 2D barcode on the fur of cats, but would not it be simpler to use cat collar tag number identification already existed? Or, in this case, simply create a link called MyCat.

It is a gateway to hardlink.mobi database that allows you to use this rather simple method. Remember we are talking about a mobile gateway available, not for your desktop PC. It is not true flashy, but it resolves completely in the associated database file. All files that are resolved by this door hardlink.mobi from one of the many support the construction sites, such as buildhardlink.com. I love this particular case, because it allows you to place an ad in your link if you want, all for free.

The model of 2D bar code works and even gain from a standpoint cool factor, but it introduces a number of complexities that may be difficult for advertisers and end users. Eyebrows site for QR Code and 2D barcode.
